FAQ 1: How to order on teesmine.com?

Choose a T-shirt, sweatshirt, hoodies, or product from any other Teesmine you like. Then, choose the appropriate size and color. Click add to cart or Paypal express checkout, enter your name, address and phone number. If there is additional, please provide a note in the memo field.

FAQ 2: How long will my order be processed?

Your order will be treated after all payment is completed. Our time to process your order 1-3 days working time. We hope you will be patient waiting for the process of manufacture, packaging, and delivery. The tracking number will be given immediately if your order process is complete.

How long is the delivery time?

For shipping within the United States takes 5-7 business days, Canada takes 7-14 working days, while outside the US and Canada takes about 14-25 business days. The length of delivery is relative, depending on each of the nearest post office.
In the case of natural disasters such as storms or holiday seasons of heavy traffic, you may don’t receive your package on time. Please be patient waiting for the package. Some items were containing copyright; we will send from China.

How long can I track my orders?

What if my order is not up at the time specified?

What if my order is missing on delivery time?

If you have contacted the nearest post office and indeed your order is not there, then we will check it first and will replace it if it is proven your order is lost.

I haven’t receive an item, what should I do?

The amount of time required for an item to come often depends on the method of postage you choose when purchasing the item. You can review the estimated delivery time on the Order Details page.

To find this page, locate the item you ordered in your Purchase History in My Account and click More Actions and then View order details.

If the estimated delivery time has passed, you should contact us. To do so, go back to your Purchase History in My Account and click Contact us or you can email at [email protected].

I received an item that doesn’t match the listing description, what should I do?

If you received a wrong item, damaged or otherwise not as described, we give you the option that we will resend your order accordingly, or we will refund you the price of the items you purchased (not including shipping cost).

I have received my item but it was delayed, what should I do?

If you have received your order, but the delivery is a bit late, then you can not demand us to refund your money. Due to delays in delivery, it depends on the post office and not our fault. We apologize for this.
